2. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, clarity, and details of our gemstones as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your electronic display's colors will perfectly match the physical stone due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural variations inherent in genuine gemstones. The descriptions and carat weights provided are for informational purposes and represent our professional assessment of the stone's qualities.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market values. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. If a gemstone is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Given the high value of our products, all shipments are fully insured. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the valuable, certified, and often personalized nature of our gemstones, we do not accept returns on items that have been unsealed, tampered with, or removed from their original certified packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic and video proof to arrange a replacement or refund. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, gemstone photography, and software—is the exclusive property of Noor Gems Stones and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
