Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. By purchasing from Noor Gems Stones, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-return policy. Gemstones are high-value, certified, and often uniquely set items. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or subjective aesthetic preferences.

1. The Only Exception (Damaged/Wrong Items)

A refund or replacement will ONLY be considered if the item delivered is objectively and severely different from what was ordered (e.g., entirely wrong stone type), or if the original, sealed packaging is visibly destroyed by the courier. To even initiate a review of such a claim, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time. Claims without a continuous unboxing video will be immediately denied.
  • Provide clear macro-photographs of the damage/seal break.

Disclaimer: Minor scratches on external packaging, slight variations in box color, or removed security seals will automatically void any claim.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for the following:

  • Natural Inclusions: Gemstones are 100% natural earth-mined products. Internal inclusions, color zoning, and slight variations are inherent features of natural stones, not defects. Claims regarding "too many inclusions" will be rejected.
  • Color Discrepancies: Monitor settings, phone screens, and photography lighting drastically alter the appearance of gemstones. "The color looked different on my screen" is not a valid reason for a return.
  • Astrological Dissatisfaction: We provide physical gemstones based on astrological parameters, but we cannot guarantee specific life outcomes, planetary effects, or subjective "vibrations." No refunds will be given based on astrological advice from third parties after purchase.
  • Opened/Unsealed Items: If the laboratory certification card or the primary stone setting has been unsealed, tampered with, or removed from the packaging, the sale is absolutely final.
  • Buyer's Remorse: "I changed my mind," "I found a cheaper stone," or "I don't want it anymore."

3. No Exchanges

Noor Gems Stones does not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different gemstone, you must place a new, separate order. We will not swap out stones from a previous purchase under any circumstances.

4. Claim Investigation Process

If a claim meets the strict 24-hour window and video evidence requirement, Noor Gems Stones reserves the right to investigate the claim for up to 14 business days. The stone may need to be shipped back to our lab at the customer's expense for physical verification against our security records before any decision is made. We are the sole arbiters of whether a product meets the criteria for a refund.

5. Deductions

In the exceptionally rare event that a return is authorized by Noor Gems Stones management, a mandatory 25% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
