Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

At Noor Gems Stones, we understand that we are shipping highly valuable and delicate earth-mined treasures. We take extreme care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During high-demand periods (such as Eid), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our secure courier partner.

2. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times across Pakistan are as follows:

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 business days
Remote Areas (including parts of KPK, Balochistan, GB): 5 to 7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners. Noor Gems Stones is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or courier operational issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and the declared insured value of the gemstones. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific orders, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. High-Value Orders (Above 1 Lakh PKR)

Orders with a total value exceeding PKR 100,000 (1 Lakh) are classified as Special Deliveries and are subject to extreme security protocols to protect your investment:

Mandatory Special Shipping Rules:

No Cash on Delivery (COD): For security reasons, orders above 1 Lakh must be paid via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card. COD is strictly disabled for these orders.
100% Insured Shipment: All orders above 1 Lakh are automatically insured for their full invoice value against theft or loss in transit.
Direct Handover Only: The package will NOT be left at the gate, with security guards, or at a pickup point. It must be handed directly to the customer.
ID & OTP Verification: The recipient must present their original CNIC (National ID card) and provide the OTP sent to their registered phone number. If ID or OTP does not match, the delivery will be canceled and the package returned to our vault.
Redelivery Fee: If the customer fails the CNIC/OTP check, or is unavailable, a redelivery fee of PKR 2,000 will be charged to ship it out again.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking ID and a link to track your parcel in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, no response, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

The customer will be responsible for paying a second shipping fee to reship the order.
If the customer requests a cancellation instead of reshipping, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.
Parcels held at the courier station for more than 3 days and subsequently returned will also fall under this policy.

7. Secure Packaging

Gemstones require specialized handling. We use tamper-proof outer packaging, discreet boxing (to prevent theft during transit), custom foam inserts, and multiple layers of protection to ensure your certified stones arrive without a scratch. In the rare event that your item arrives with compromised security seals, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and contact us immediately.
